Note: *This rate is only available to universities recruiting for undergraduate or graduate students. Academic exhibitors are placed in the Academic Pavilion. If you prefer to be on the General Floor, the prevailing Non-Profit rate will apply. Limited Career Fair booths are available.

10’X10’ PACKAGE: 

• (1) 6ft. table, 2 chairs, identification sign, and wastebasket
• 400 lbs. booth freight
• (1) 500-watt electrical outlet
• 2 conference registrations, access to purchase 2 exhibitor only passes at $150 each

10’X20’ PACKAGE:

• (2) 6ft. tables, 2 chairs, identification sign, and wastebasket
• 800 lbs. booth freight
• (1) 500-watt electrical outlet
• 4 conference registrations, access to purchase 4 exhibitor only passes at $150 each
