All Academic Career Fair Booth packages include:

  • Pipe and Drape
  • Booth Carpet (show color)

Note: *This rate is only available to universities recruiting for undergraduate or graduate students. Academic exhibitors are placed in the Academic Pavilion. If you prefer to be on the General Floor, the prevailing Non-Profit rate will apply. Limited Acedemic Career Fair booths are available.

  • (1) 500-watt electrical outlet
  • 2 conference registrations, access to purchase 2 exhibitor only passes at $150 each

  • (1) 500-watt electrical outlet

Interview Booths are available for confirmed Exhibitors only.

Limit: 30 for CPC Organizations

Limit: 20 for Non-CPC Organizations

Interview Hours:
Thursday / October 23 / 8:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
Friday / October 24 /8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.

All Interview Booths are 10′ x 10′ and include:

  • Fully enclosed draped area
  • One Table and Three chairs
  • 7″ x 44″ company identification sign
  • Carpet and electricity are not included in Interview Booths

Small Business Career Fair booth Packages:

To qualify and participate in the Small Business Pavillion you must have 250 or less employees. Limited booths available.

All small business Career Fair booth packages are 10’x10’ and include:
