Extend a heartfelt welcome to all first-time SWE Annual Conference attendees by supporting a meet-up to honor and welcome them to WE24. This meet-up will take place prior to the Opening Keynote and attendees can head over together. Partners will receive recognition in publications leading up to WE24.

• Partners have the opportunity to distribute giveaways or marketing materials at the First-Timer Meet-Up, where they can meet and mingle with attendees. Your organization can send up to 5 representatives.
• Partners have the opportunity to give brief remarks during the event.
• Recognition in printed publication, mobile app and onsite signage.
