Parents and educators play a crucial role in girls’ success in pursuing an engineering career. At this event, SWE highlights this “village” of support by providing resources to better advocate for girls in STEM. Parents/guardians and STEM advocates such as teachers, counselors and administrators are encouraged to learn more from a panel of industry professionals and SWE member experts about engineering career options, scholarships, college admissions and available resources to prepare students for college. Partnership includes:

• Opportunity to promote volunteer roles to employees. Volunteers must be active SWE members, signed up through the SWE volunteer process,complete the required training by October 1, 2024, which includes Youth Protection, Role Models Matter, and IIBI Volunteer Orientation.
• Opportunity to provide swag to attendees. Confirmation must be provided to SWE staff by August 15, 2024.
• Logo recognition on signage and website.
• Thank you recognition on social platforms and digital communication materials.
