NEW: Stem Exploring Program

Partnership Type: Experiential, Networking, Pre-University Program

Date: Saturday / October 26, 2024

This program offers students ages 10-13 the opportunity to discover their STEM identity and explore the creative and innovative sides of engineering and technology. Students will engage and work with peers and real engineers through hands-on activities that introduce an engineering discipline, and build skills, teamwork, and ingenuity. Partnership includes:

• Opportunity to promote volunteer roles to employees. Volunteers must be SWE members and complete the required training by October 1, 2024, which includes Youth Protection, Role Models Matter, and IIBI Volunteer Orientation.
• Each student program room will have hands-on STEM activities where students will have the opportunity to test their final builds. This area in the STEM Exploring Program room will be co-branded with logo designs.
• Opportunity to provide swag to attendees. Confirmation must be provided to SWE staff by August 15, 2024.
• Logo recognition on signage and website.
• Thank you recognition on social platforms and digital communication materials.
