The Women of Color Luncheon is a 200-person, invitation-only event designed for intentional networking, sharing of best practices, and a focused session from a subject matter expert. As a partner, your organization provides the speaker and agenda alongside SWE HQ. This is a great opportunity to highlight the intersectionality of gender and race in engineering and technology. Attendees will be asked to opt in to share their contact information with the partners to keep the conversation going.

• Partners have the opportunity to give opening or closing remarks to the attendees and receive the attendee list.
• Partners will be recognized in the invitation to register for this special event and all communications.
• Partners recognition in printed publication, mobile app and onsite signage.
• Partners are allowed to provide swag/promotional items.
